Besides studying your web analytics data and using
keyword research tools, there is another very simple
research method: Use the search engine itself to do
keyword research. Keyword density (SEO) is the percentage (%) of times a keyword or key phrase appears on a web page in comparison with the total number of words on the page. Spending money on paid search isn’t a requirement for SEO, but it can be an effective way for giving your website and business a boost online. Once your web pages / website has been optimised by your search engine optimisation professional and you've applied all the legitimate methods to bring your page ranking to it's optimum, then one other method to increase exposure is website marketing.
Gathering your social profile linking domains
To prevent users from linking to one version of a URL and others linking to a different version (this
could split the reputation of that content between the URLs), focus on using and referring to one URL
in the structure and internal linking of your pages. If you do find that people are accessing the same
content through multiple URLs, setting up a 301 redirect from non-preferred URLs to the dominant
URL is a good solution for this. One of my firm
beliefs Do your mathematical analysis - the primary resources
are there for the taking. Its as easy as KS2 Maths
or ABC. Its that simple! is that Google is becoming more and more ‘human,’ and should be treated that way. This means that in all your SEO efforts, you should consider the use for us human visitors first, and then check if that aligns with any SEO recommendations. The content on your site should be organized in a logical way. This is not only good for SEO, it also helps visitors on your site find other related content easily. A lot of times, even if you have worked very hard to optimize your website by following best practices, attract the “right” visitors and offer a great experience to your website’s visitors you notice that bounce rate stays very high or has been reduced by 1% or less the last 6 months!
Developing an SEO Plan Prior to Site Development
If you decide to spend money on paid campaigns, consider spending them not only in favor of gaining backlinks, but to actually help people. There are plenty of charity and nonprofit organizations that are looking for sponsors. In return, they will mention you on their websites. There is no evidence
that adding a lot of content at one time can hurt a site if the content is of high quality. Search engines scour the Internet to find keywords and clues to match search results, but if your website isn’t giving them the right clues, your SEO efforts will take a

Ultimately understanding your audience, competition and keyword options will play a major role in your website’s SEO potential. f someone is more actively seeking something then it’s more likely they’ll search longer strings of words, meaning that you will target people who will be more willing to engage with your content. If you’re selling goods or services, then targeting long tail keyword can really make a big difference.
Affinity and retargeting are more effective than targeting based on social constructs

If your site is using the same tags for all the pages, you are not helping search engines figure out the subject or relevance of your individual pages. SEO is
a long-term strategy for your business and when
done correctly (with the proper amount of time and
resources allocated to it), it will produce consistent
long-term value in the form of higher rankings and
increased traffic. Gaz Hall, a Freelance SEO Consultant
, commented: "It is better to have your links spread out amongst a lot of domains with targeted, but diverse anchor text then it is to have a ton of backlinks from one domain. The more comprehensive and targeted your backlink profile is, the higher you will rank."
Spread the word that rankings were a poor measure of success
Link building helps your content reach a broader audience, increasing both your site’s visibility and its authority. Moreover, it can grow your search traffic, as the number of unique domains linking to your site helps search engines understand whether your content is informative enough to rank higher in the SERP. The quality of the
content is vastly important to SEO. How well-written is it? Is it riddled with spelling and grammatical errors or is it error-free? Like many of the other parts of the page targeted for optimization, filenames and alt text (for ASCII
languages) are best when they're short, but descriptive. If you notice that the ranking has fallen precipitously through many pages within a very short time, there is a serious problem.
